Land Rush Marketing is the in-house marketing operation for State Fair Park. We are pleased to offer our clients a variety of services for their event promotion, on- and off-site.
Every event that takes place at State Fair Park is encouraged to complete the Marketing Information Form below. This form provides us with details and materials we can use in order to better market your event. By filling out this form, you can take advantage of these no-charge opportunities.
At the first of each month, State Fair Park sends out an InFAIRmation email to our subscribers. This email includes the shows that are taking place that month with a link to the calendar event on our website. This is a complimentary service we offer all shows.
The highway marquee is located on the west side of the property along I-44. This highway has one of the highest traffic counts in the city. Due to the volume of events taking place at State Fair Park, promotional graphics for upcoming events start running the Monday preceding the start date of the event and will display through the final day of the event. These posts include the event name, date & location. This is a complimentary service that is offered to all events.
LED Display Screens
The Bennett Event Center (BEC) is equipped with 12 circular LED screens called NanoLumens. These digital screens provide messaging from our corporate sponsors and promote upcoming events at State Fair Park. Screen time is available for purchase by events that are held in the BEC. Land Rush Marketing manages the Oklahoma State Fair social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), this is where State Fair Park events are also promoted. The week leading up to an event, we post two organic posts on Facebook and Twitter to promote the event. Additional posts will be made throughout the run of the event. All posts will link to the calendar event on the State Fair Park website. If there are specific images or information you would like us to use in the social media posts, please fill out the marketing information form sent to you by the event manager. Information sent is subject to change. This is a complimentary service we offer to all shows.
Once State Fair Park has received your signed contract and payment, we begin the process of adding your event to the website calendar. Our goal is to have it up within one week. The calendar listing has your show name, building location(s), event day(s), event URL, admission price and an image. A show description is also included in the listing if provided by the show promoter.
